None. We are currently going through a short sale on our home with a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, we have been going through this with them for well over 8 months. They represent a company called Midland mortgage and they have been delaying the process over and over, we have a buyer for the home willing and ready to purchase and XXXX just keeps delaying the process. They have asked for the same information on numerous occasions ( which I have kept all documentation ), but when we call them we can never get the contact person they have assigned us so therefore we are thrown into a pool of people in which we never get the same person so they read through the notes only to tell us, we have all the information we need it is sitting with the under writer.
