Talked to a third party about my debt. XXXX is the collection company handling to collection. They called Tuesday both mine and my husbands phone. My husband returned their call and they discussed the debt and what is was going to take to fix it. My husband is not on the loan or my personal account. I spoke with them Wednesday about the fact that they discussed my personal info with my husband she informed me they are able to. She stated that I woild be served papers today if not paid and then garnishment would start soon after.
