Quite frankly, other than remembering a periods in XXXX when I was briefly ill I have no idea how this oversight could have occurred. I am sure that you can see that my payment history with your company excluding this oversight has been impeccable. Again, I do not know how this happened as I am very conscientious about paying my bills on time.
