Problem with statement of dispute. I initiated a re-investigation as is my legal right with Experian on information that they had failed to properly investigate. In direct violation of FCR A 611 ( 3 ) ( A ) - ( C ) [ 15 U.S.S. 1681i ], they determ ined the information as frivolous even though I had requested investigation of some different and very specific aspects of the records ( for example, due to their previous reply that they had not actually investigated the public record but instead simply went to another company to get information and not to the actual reporting body ) that was not presented when I previously disputed the information. Experian 's CONTINUED unwillingness to comply with my rights under the FCRA for information is causing me undue hardship, loss of opportunities for
