Student loan — Navient Solutions, LLC. (IL)

Don't agree with the fees charged. To Whom It May Concern : On the fourteenth day of XXXX, XXXX, I entered into a verbal agreement with Navient to provide me with a specialized one month forbearance plan for my private student loan, if I were to enroll in AutoPay. The representative proceeded to read me the guidelines and policies of the agreement over the phone, and asked me to verbally agree to them in order to enroll in this one month forbearance agreement. I agreed over the phone and was informed that for the month of XXXX, I would NOT have to submit a payment to Navient. That by enrolling in the XXXX, it would bump the XXXX payment out, and Id be responsible for resuming payments starting back in the month of XXXX. One week later, I received a correspondence from Navient ( via email )
