I asked for them to please send me verification of the debts I am contesting according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Secti on 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), y our company is required by federal law to verify - through the physical verification of the original signed certified consumer contract. I received letters back that they had verified them but I did not get any documents with signatures or proof in regards to these debts.
