Account information incorrect. Capit al One Auto Loan is a bad decision. I fell into hard times but still paid my car note. I had car insurance got into a auto accident, and the car was deemed totaled. Capital One still to this day h as this car showing as a repossession on my credit report when that is inaccurate. When a car is totaled the insurance company pays the car off, which in turn is why this car should not show as a repossession on my report it should show as paid in full.
