Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NC)

Old information reappears or never goes away. XXXX XXXX XXXX has changed the reporting status of an account included in my Chapter XXXX from discharged to charge-off. This has happened more than once over the last 5 years, but after disputing the information they changed it. I checked my credit report and noticed that the information on Equifax was just recently changed back to charge off, and I would like it fixed. The change caused my score to drop about XXXX points. I 've attached a section of the report as well as XXXX bankruptcy document as proof. My concern is that this will be charge-off to another creditor, and I 'll be subject to further collection efforts in violation of my Chapter XXXX discharge.
