Investigation took more than 30 days. I contacted the credit bureau equifax concerning an account with XXXX loans for XXXX which i sent certified asking them to verify the accuracy of this claim and as of XXXX XXXX ,2017 i havent heard back from them i sent this request letter certified since XXXX XXXX ,2017 and has never been disputed
