Contacted you after you asked them to stop. snaac is re-aging an old debt for the amount of XXXX. It is hurting my credit worthiness. It is stating that the account was opened on XXXX 2011 and that is untrue. This is an illegal practice and I would appreciate if it was deleted from all major credit bureaus immediately. I have called this company on XX/XX/XXXX and and XX/XX/XXXX they would not listen or try to resolve. I have also been threatened by this company to take all my property in court and they also continued to contact me and family members after I stated not to contact me
