Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (MS)

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. Upon being denied from a lender for too many inquiries from XXXX report, I decided to check my reports from all credit bureaus for accuracy. I have noticed that there are a few credit inquiries on my Equifax credit report that I DID NOT authorize and had no knowledge of. I contacted Equifax immediately and was given no relief. I also have a fraud alert already in place which should avoid any future issues. Please see the following inquiries that were not authorized by me with the date of when the report was improperly requested and received. Per my investigation, none of these companies received any identification or authorization from ME to pull my credit for any reason. 1. XXXX date XXXX
