Problem with rewards from credit card. To whom this may concern, There are 2 related but separate complaints regarding the XXXX XXXX Credit card product. First Complaint : I 'm a long time Citi credit card holder. In XX/XX/XXXX 2015, I upgraded from their Citi XXXX Signature card to their {$95.00} annual fee Citi XXXX Reserve card. One of main reasons for upgrade is that Citi XXXX Reserve card advertises 2 weekend night certificates good at select hotel and resorts within the XXXX portfolio after you make {$2500.00} in purchases within 4 months of account opening, on top of the annual benefit of earning 1 weekend stay after spending {$10000.00} in a calendar year.
