Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have attempted numerous times to dispute XXXX items off of my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX on my TransUnion report and XXXX on my XXXX report. I have attempted numerous times to dispute these XXXX items XXXX with the credit bureaus and directly with the creditors. I have spoken with XXXX companies numerous times and all they do is send me generic letters, more like an invoice with the amount stating that it is my debt. They refuse to send me proof and have claimed that I am outside of my time period allowed to request proof. I never have been contacted by either company.
