Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Westlake Services, LLC (CA)

Account status incorrect. Westlake - Wilshire has my account showing closed by grantor and paid charge off. This is untrue! I paid it in full through a refinance of my home back on XXXX - XXXX -14. I even have a letter from them showing this, yet Wilshire-Westlake reports differently. I 've tried to resolve this many times with them, but they do NOT correct the credit bureaus. please help me to have this corrected. it is lowering my credit score, as well as I keep having a hard time getting credit and refinancing my home.
