Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. A few weeks ago I sent your bureau a request by certified mail to investigate items on my credit report which were highly suspect. As per the FCRA I allowed you 30 days to correct my report. However, your company has failed to take any consequential action and continues to maintain a file on my which is grossly inaccurate. The creditors that I called have not been able to verify me, whereas you dubiously claim to have somehow verified these items.
