Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. Saw on credit report a collections line. Never received notice from this debt collection agency nor was offered the ability to verify the debt. Just filed a formal letter to agency for resolution. However adding a collections line without sending a notification letter is improper. Company is Diversified Adjustment Solutions from XXXX XXXX, MN.
