Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I contacted Trans union about a problem with an update on an account I pay on this on time all the time for over 2 years. I noticed in XXXX that it had not been update since XXXX . I contacted them and Her English was poor at best, asked me some questions about the account. She told me to get my payment history and submit it. Never did she say what would happen next, I decided to let it go and hope it would get resolved after discussing with the Dealership. They completely took not 1 but 2 loans off my report. They were both in Very good standing without a missed or late payment ever. Trying to rebuild your credit is hard enough, But have inept workers who barley speak or understand English in a job like this is unaccepta
