Despite an account being closed for over a decade, Bank of America is reporting a CURRENT foreclosure for the month of XX/XX/XXXX on my credit reports at the XXXX, XXXX and XXXX consumer reporting agencies. Said entry - under account number XXXX - had a negative date of last activity of XX/XX/XXXX. When disputed to the credit reporting agencies, the account was not deleted, but updated to a CURRENT foreclosure status, severely impacting my credit worthiness. The negative account is over ten years old and must be removed from my credit report.
