Debt collection — WAKEFIELD & ASSOCIATES, INC. (MO)

Didn't receive enough information to verify debt. I was recently summons to court by a company called Wakefield and Associates Inc. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX no XXXX. I asked for a continuance to hire an attorney because they are violating the fair credit reporting act law and I have legal right to counter sue. I do not owe Wakefield and Associates. I have not received any communication by phone by wake field and associates other than a court official saying I have to go to court for them. I also like to make note that I have been a victim of fraud which is why this is necessary. I also like to make note I have filed Bankruptcy in XXXX and all medical bills were included. And was informed all debt collection activity must cease.
