Received bad information about your loan. I am XXXX due to a XXXX XXXX. I spent the better part of 7 hours on the phone today and got nowhere. I was never told there were any private loans until I contacted Navient for about the 15th time over the past several years. They never told me anything about a prior private loan before today. They would not give me any information regarding this/these loans and have since retained XXXX XXXX, a collection law firm who has the worst reputation imaginable for harassing anyone who apparently owes debt of any kind. XXXX XXXX contacted a lawyer who represents XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and then I received a garnishment issued on XXXX which resulted in my checking/savings accounts being drained to a XXXX balance. I never received any notice of this " garnishmen
