Problem making or receiving payments. On X/X/17 we used XXXX which is a money transferring system offered by Wells Fargo. The amount of {$450.00} was sent to my sister in law that also has a Wells Fargo Account. The problem is that Wells Fargo sent it to a XXXX XXXX that according to them matched the email of the recipient. Because the transfer was done using the email they state that the account that was associated with that email was XXXX and not Wells Fargo. What makes things worst is that when she tried to retrieve the money she was told that she needed to open an account in order to collect her funds. At that point we called WF and were told that we had to contact XXXX. XXXX then said that WF made the mistake and that they are responsible to make the correction. After going back and f
