Problem with additional products or services purchased with the loan. I requested a Payment History on my vehicle that is financed through XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), which none of the payments have ever been late. This request was initially made XX/XX/XXXX online with a follow-up by telephone to them XX/XX/XXXX. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, I have yet to receive this information. I tried several times to contact them but once I was transferred the message given was, you have dialed the wrong number though it is the exact number I have called in the past.
