Per the Florida Attorney Generals Office, this loan is in violation of the The Florida Consumer Finance Act, which prohibits a lender, regardless of their location to offer loan products to residents of Florida without holding a state issued license to do so. According to the Florida Office of Financial Regulation 's Division of Consumer Finance, XXXX XXXX does not hold the required legal license to provide loans in the state thereby making this tradeline invalid by law.
