None. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint about the theft of funds from my escrow account from my XXXX Mortgage. I had a previous mortgage with XXXX and did a cash out refinance with XXXX that was effective XX/XX/XXXX. When I received my final settlement escrow papers from XXXX XXXX XXXX there were extra fees include in it that was not disclosed in my signed Closing Disclosure Documents. Because of the additional fees, XXXX took the {$1400.00} from my prior escrow instead of refunding the amount that was in my prior escrow. I did authorize that to be done that way and I certainly did not agree to any extra fees that were not disclosed upfront.
