Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (TX)

Reporting company used your report improperly. Basically my personal information such as my credit history, account numbers and more importantly my social security number has been compromised. I have already set a credit freeze for any future credit cards that could be opened and I also have enrolled or will enroll on my enrollment date with equafax.
