Reporting company used your report improperly. On Friday, XXXX XXXX, XXXX the reporting company Equifax announced that they had been subject to a large-scale data breach that compromised the personal information of many customers including, but not limited to, names, email addresses, social security numbers, and driver 's license numbers. I was one of the customers who was affected by this breach as shown in this image : XXXX XXXX XXXX As a result of this improper handling of my credit report, a large amount of my sensitive personal information is now available to the general public. Those with nefarious intent can obtain this information and use it to commit a variety of crimes which will directly impact my quality of life, including but not limited to identity theft and credit fraud.
