Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I contacted the credit bureau and XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding an error or my credit report. I received a notice from the credit union. The entry on my account reports as a charge off. This is incorrect and there was no balance. I request this entry is deleted entirely from my credit report.
