Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I have contacted XXXX credit reporting a few times requesting that they please report my XXXX account onto my credit report. This credit card has a XXXX balance on it and will help my XXXX credit score. I was told I need to contact XXXX and have them report it to XXXX. I contacted XXXX and was told they do report to all 3 credit reporting agency 's. I explained that this account is not reporting to XXXX. I could not get any help. I called back XXXX and explained what XXXX told me and they could n't help. I am submitting this complaint because I want this account to report on my XXXX credit report.
