Billing dispute for services. On XX/XX/XXXX, I successfully placed a security freeze on my XXXX and TransUnion accounts. After 3 attempts I froze my XXXX account ( XX/XX/XXXX ) using self-service IVR. Freezing my accounts was in response to XXXX announcing a security breach effecting millions of accounts. I find it unconscionable that I would be charged {$5.00} for freezing my accounts, then {$5.00} to each company when I want to unfreeze accounts.
