None. RE : The Equifax Security Breach. I have been trying for well over a week to contact somebody ... ANYBODY at Equifax to help me place a " freeze '' on my credit reports to avoid fraudulent use of my credit. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH TO THEIR WEBSITE OR ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ... PERIOD. I understand that I have to pay for a credit report freeze ( even though the problem is their fault ), BUT IT SIMPLY CAN NOT BE DONE ... no way to contact any Equifax Personnel or use their website ( it is always " Unable to process request ''. Therefore, this company 's negligence and incompetence is PREVENTING ME from protecting myself! Please help if you can with a formal complaint on record from me. Thank you!
