Problem canceling credit monitoring or identify theft protection service. XXXX, working with and through Experian, is the parent company for XXXX whom I am making my complaint against. XXXX offers a 7-day trial for {$1.00} in which you can view all three credit scores from XXXX, Experian and XXXX. I signed up for trial on XX/XX/XXXX and was required to input my credit card information so if I wanted to continue with the trial my card would be automatically charged {$29.00}. If I did not want to continue after the trial, I was to cancel before the trial ended, which in my case would have been XX/XX/XXXX. I do not want to continue my trial, so I called the number listed on XXXX website at XXXX. XXXX does not offer any other way to cancel the trial. It has to be through this number. I called
