Problem with rewards from credit card. I am filing a complaint against American Express due to non distribution of my full reward points upon completing my minimum spend ( completed 30 days after receiving my credit card ). I have attempted to handle this multiple times via phone as well as website chat but have had XXXX success. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with a chat representative from the XXXX XXXX site who informed me that the error is on their side, and that my points would be credited " soon ''. I have attached a screenshot of that portion of the conversation. But that never happened -- so I spoke to another representative via phone support to try and get the issue resolved. That was sometime around the XX/XX/XXXX. On that call, the AmEx representative was able to get my full reward
