Fee problem. On my checking relationship, I was contacted by the XXXX XXXX Citibank brnach manager by telephone approximately 3 years ago. She asked if I would come visit her at the local branch and hear about Citi 's other products. I told her I was very busy, but she said if I was willing to meet with her and just listen then she would assure me to place me in the Citigold program for life, and do so with a *permanent* fee waiver. She documented this in my file. Soon after the branch closed, and fees were being assessed to my account. I called customer service and when they researchd the issued the indeed found I was correct, and credited all service fees back to me. Then I called recently and they told me that they ca n't do that, and I am no longer in citigold. I reminded them that I w
