Denied request to lower payments. This company 's employees are extremely rude and disrespectful and do n't even offer grace periods or deferments after Hurricane Irma I recently took my car loan out with this company. Since then, about almost 2 weeks, we experienced Hurrican Irma and public schools and most businesses were closed due to electrical issues which took the electric company almost until a couple days ago to have the whole county at 100 % again. Due to the closings, I was forced to pay a lot of money for additional childcare costs, food expenses and I lost some days of work which I was not paid for.
