The assignment of mortgage assigned the mortgage from XXXX, XXXX D/B/A XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, A Limited Liability Company to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX started a foreclosure action against me for the amount of {$420000.00} which is about {$2900.00} from the original mortgage 10 months earlier, but I had already paid about {$27000.00}.
