Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I have contacted XXXX multiple times and even contacted the creditor of the multiple inquiries showing on my credit file. I have not gotten a response from the creditors and it has been over 30 days. I contacted XXXX at the beginning of this month regarding the inquiries and the representative I spoke with told me they CAN NOT dispute inquiries which is untrue as I have disputed inquiries before. He stated I needed to contact the creditor and I let him know I did that and they have not responded back to me. He stated that inquiries are factual records & will remain and I explained to him they are not factual and how can you tell me that if you havent even started a Investigation to look into my situation. XXXX customer Service has w
