Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. First, this is so stressful and disheartening that as a consumer my rights are constantly being violated. I have been dealing with these issues for over 9 months. I am including ALL 3 BUREAUS IN ONE COMPLAINT!!! XXXX, had a MAJOR problem with stalling disputes by sending FRAUD DISPUTES LETTERS. I am sending these letters from MY HOUSE, Signing them and enclosing my identification. Exactly how on earth is this a FRAUD DISPUTE? DO NOT SEND ME THESE LETTERS AGAIN!!! I have filed several complaints with them with the BBB & CFPB they always reply with ( they need more time ) one time even replying that they were investigating a BANKRUPTCY.
