Investigation took more than 30 days. Experian has sent a refusal to investigate my credit file claiming a “Suspicious Request” which could be no more than a typo. XXXX and XXXX have started investigations based on the exact same request. Additionally, Experian’s delays add up to more than 30 days which violates FCRA rules. Please investigate this pattern of gross violations of my rights.
