Credit card or prepaid card — BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (MN)

Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card. I 've had identify theft for 2 years ( approx ) ... I believe related to the XXXX XXXX breach. I 've had multiple attempts through Bank of America to take out new credit cards, etc. I 've called Bank of America multiple times ... they tell me its all fixed and the card is cancelled ... and then it happens again and the card was never closed the first time. This is the third time now that I 've called them saying that I have a credit card and I 'm quite certain its the same card that never gets closed. I have no idea what to do to make sure that I have no accounts with Bank of America.
