Other problem getting your report or credit score. My credit information has been compromised through two companies : The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX KY and XXXX. I was advised by my bank to contact Trans Union to find out my credit score, install a credit alert system, and freeze my information. I had to sign up to pay {$19.00} for a monitoring service through Trans Union to access my credit score, and once I did that, I still could n't learn my credit score or freeze my information. I do n't know what else to do to protect myself or to learn my credit score. It 's possible that I have misunderstood some portion of this process.
