In trying to resolve another incident, whereby Navy Federal Credit Union told me they would make a soft inquiry on my credit report and then instead made a hard inquiry, Navy Federal Credit Union emailed me a copy of XXXX XXXX XXXX 's XXXX card number. The unauthorized use of my credit report is captured in CFPB incident : XXXX. I 'm creating this incident to reflect that XXXX sent me someone else 's credit card information.
