Didn't receive terms that were advertised. Hi, this is Regarding a US Bank summer promotion that gives a {$200.00} bonus after doing 2 bill pays of more than {$25.00}. I have yet to receive the bonus after multiple contacts with US bank, here 's a timeline. ( The bonus is maximum 60 days to be dispersed out ) 1. Opened account on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, shortly after met the requirements of 2 bill pays. 2. Emailed US Bank on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX regarding when I would be receiving my bonus. Was told thanks, I met the requirements, and that I would receive it no later than XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. 3. XXXX/XXXX/XXXX still no bonus, emailed US bank they said I have to wait 7-10 more days and are going to " investigate. '' Unfair and unacceptable.
