Reporting company used your report improperly. I previously submitted a complaint on XXXX, Experian, and XXXX, they responded, and it was closed. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, XXXXXXXX, Experian, and XXXX are required by federal law to verify through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract any and all accounts that are reporting on the credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for their reporting services could fax, mail, or email in a fraudulent account resulting in an inaccurate credit report.
