Problem using a debit or ATM card. I used a CardTronics ATM XXXX XXXX TG XXXX ) at the Target store located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX PA XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX at approximately XXXX. I attempted to withdrawal {$300.00} from my Capital One checking account. Mid-transaction, the ATM machine re-started itself XXXX pictures attached XXXX. As the re-start process took place, which lasted upwards of XXXX minutes, I logged into my checking account on my phone because I was n't sure what happened. My checking account showed a temporary transaction of a withdrawal of {$300.00}. I immediately asked a Target employee for help, and was informed it was n't their machine so they ca n't do anything.
