Debt collection — BTH Management (TN)

Debt was result of identity theft. Tried reaching out to company sent dispute request and proof of identity theft and have not received a follow up response from company. I have tried disputing this matter several times was informed to submit proof of identity theft and the issue still occurring has not been resolved. They are continuously reporting debt on my credit report and are not providing and proof of debt nor are they responding to my request about the matter after providing proof of identity theft. I have the letter and forms attached that I sent via fax, email and mail to this company.
