Investigation took more than 30 days. There are two debts on my credit reports from XXXX XXXX XXXX. One is for a XXXX XXXX specialist for {$2000.00} and the other is for a XXXX for {$100.00}. Neither of these debts are mine - I am in excellent health and have been to neither of these doctors. Ever. I have disputed them many times with XXXX and XXXX ( they are not on my XXXX report ) and they always come back saying that XXXX XXXX XXXX verified that the debts are mine. So, I sent a certified letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX requesting that they either offer proof that the debts are mine or remove them from my credit reports and gave them 30 days to do so. Their 30 days were up on XX/XX/XXXX/17 and I did not receive a response, nor have I received one since. I then disputed the debts with XXXX and
