XX/XX/XXXX, after a XXXX year sucessuful repayment rehabilitation loan program, XXXX XXXX sent new terms and agreement to a home I no longer lived and after they received returned mail failed to contact me further about the new terms with the company and hurt my credit after a serious family emergency which left my wife and child with no place to live. In XX/XX/XXXX, I discovered a 90 days late through credit monitoring. This force me to consolidate my loans and began repayment. I had no information on new terms for my loans and had a forebearance approved to keep loans current. Please assist with helping
