Problem with fees. On XXXX XXXX, I placed a payment of {$100.00} on my account with XXXX, which was over the minimum amount due on an account with the balance of {$3200.00}. On XXXX XXXX, I posted a second payment for the rest of the balance due of {$3100.00} that was the balance on the account on that date. On XXXX XXXX, after there was {$0.00} balance on my account, I was charged interest in the amount of {$44.00}, with that amount due during my next billing cycle. This was also after I had ONE late payment ( the only one in my credit history ) with XXXX, and they instituted a penalty rate on my card AND decreased my credit limit to make it appear that my card was maxed out, without notifying me, several months after the late payment occurred.
