Account status incorrect. While reviewing my credit report, there is an account listed as closed for XXXXCARE CREDIT with current payment status : In Collections/Charge-Off dated XXXX XXXX, 2013. The remarks indicate : Payment after charge off/collection purchased by another lender. I would like detailed information regarding this collections listed on my credit report. I have never received any information advising of any unpaid balances. If this information can not be provided, then I am requesting this error to be removed from my credit.
