Account information incorrect. On XX/XX/17 my XXXX XXXX collection account balance was settled in full with EOS CCA, which should have been updated with the credit bureaus with a {$0.00} balance. The XXXX reporting has been updated, but the XXXX and XXXX records are still reflecting a {$2500.00} balance owed. I contacted EOS to update ; however, they stated I needed to work with XXXX. I contacted XXXX ( local and national ) in XX/XX/XXXX, requesting the update ; however, no response or update has been received. A copy of the account resolution from EOS CCA ( password XXXX ) and letters to XXXX ( local and national ) are attached.
